Appointment vs Drop-and-Run
You have two options for how and when to drop off items:
Book an appointment online (not by phone). We'll do a thorough inspection of your items during the appointment and let you know what we'll keep. You can go home with the rest, along with an itemized list of what we took. All new consignors should make an appointment for their first drop-off.
Drop-and-run with donation of declined items. You should use this option only if you'd like us to donate anything we decide not to take. We'll look through everything within a few days and decide which items we'll keep. Anything we decide not to take will be donated without delay. We are not able to retain or store those items for later pick-up. If you have items you'd prefer to take back home, an appointment is your best option.
